This house is the result of a city making an effort to fix up the 'hood. The Black Pearl Residence, a once abandoned and neglected house in a downtrodden neighborhood in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, was purchased by a private buyer who hired Zecc, a Netherlands-based architecture firm to redesign the space.
I'd live in something like this. I like the whole minimalist thing it has going. Plus, Rotterdam reminds me a lot of my hometown. The house and neighborhood look like South Baltimore.
